Pharma Property Group Sells Short Term Walgreens in Columbus, Ohio

 

Pharma Property Group has arranged the sale of a 2004 year built single tenant Walgreens deal in Columbus Ohio. The absolute NNN lease had under five and a half years of firm term at the time of the sale.

 

This was the third and final sale from a $17,000,000 Walgreens portfolio which was listed earlier in the year. All three of the Walgreens deals were sold to private investors having leveraged PPG’s vast network of drugstore specific investor and broker contacts. 

 

“Walgreens had been successfully operating at this location for over 19 years. This opportunity provided the purchaser with a true hands-off investment with minimal downside risk as the tenant is paying replaceable rents and the building is located on a strong signalized corner just a few miles from The Ohio State University,” said Chris Barry, Senior Vice President at Pharma Property Group.
