The Walgreens Store, which had previously been a Happy Harrys, Ā has approximately 9 years remaining on the initial term of the lease.Ā āSeller was looking to sell his current Walgreens location and exchange into a property with more term, while the buyer was looking for a location close to their home and other investments in Delaware,ā said Nick Price, Senior Vice President at Pharma Property Group.
