Pharma Property Group Closes Walgreens Atlanta MSA
Pharma Property Group has closed the Walgreens located at 5675 Jonesboro Road in the Atlanta MSA. The property was leased to Walgreens on a absolute net lease for the next 12 years with 10 (5 year) options starting in August 2027.
“We closed this transaction by cooperating with an outside broker who was representing an all cash 1031 investor specifically seeking drugstore assets. The broker called our firm as he knew we had a 100% focus on drugstores and based on our reputation as drugstore experts we were able to work with this broker to get our client’s property sold,” said Jason Stuart Pongsrikul, managing broker of Pharma Property Group.
