The site also benefits from its close proximity to Western Michigan University, a major public research institution with an enrollment exceeding 17,000 students.

Originally developed in 2014 as a relocation site, this Walgreens features the tenant’s modern prototype design and has operated successfully at this location for over a decade. The property is situated within a strong retail corridor and serves a dense and stable consumer base.

Kalamazoo is home to several major corporate employers, including Stryker, Zoetis, and Pfizer, all of which maintain a significant presence in the region and contribute to a stable economic foundation. The area is also supported by Bronson Healthcare and Ascension Borgess Hospital systems, further reinforcing the strength of the local economy and healthcare demand drivers.
