Pharma Property Group Secures Buyer Within 30 Days for Fayetteville Walgreens
Pharma Property Group (PPG) has successfully arranged the sale of a Walgreens located in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
PPG generated strong investor interest shortly after launching the offering, ultimately securing a North Carolina based buyer within 30 days of the property being brought to market. The buyer was attracted to the asset’s strong real estate fundamentals and long-term tenancy.
The tenant executed a 15-year lease extension in 2015 and continues to operate successfully at the location, which ranks #1 out of 10 Walgreens stores within a 15-mile radius, based on Placer.ai data. The property is located along Ramsey Street (U.S. 401), a primary retail corridor with strong traffic counts and direct access to I-295 and I-95, supporting long-term retail stability.
