Pharma Property Group has exclusively listed a portfolio of three Walgreens properties located in the suburbs of Chicago. The properties are located in the communities of Indian Head Park, Lombard and Lansing.
The properties can be delivered free and clear of debt either individually or as a portfolio. Annual income for the portfolio is $1,032,000 and the offering price is $15,296,044 for an asking CAP rate of 6.75%. The individual asking prices for each location are: Indian Head Park ($4,928,000), Lombard ($5,259,200) and Lansing ($5,108,800).
