“We are pleased to announce the sale of 3 CVS leasehold properties.  PPG was able to locate a owner willing to sell and brought the owner an offer to purchase all three stores in their drugstore portfolio.  The stores were shorter term leases and were leasehold ownership structures,” explained, Jason Stuart Pongsrikul, Managing Broker of Pharma Property Group.

“These transactions were more complex due to the fact that the ownership interest for sale was leasehold.  We were able to locate a buyer that had the experience in closing drugstore leasehold transactions and the deal got done in a smooth fashion,” stated, Mr. Pongsrikul
