Pharma Property Group Completes Sale of $9.7M Walgreens



Pharma Property Group has closed on the sale of a Walgreens property in Bastrop, Texas, approximately 30 miles southeast of Austin. The sellers were a private family out of California, with a goal of repositioning their proceeds into several new assets to add diversification to their portfolio.


“Despite the higher price point and one year option structures, we received several full price offers on the property and closed quickly to an outside broker with a 1031 exchange client,” explained Chris Barry, Vice President at Pharma Property Group.
