Pharma Property Group has closed the Walgreens for sale located at 945 Highway 15 South in Hutchinson, Minnesota. The property was newly constructed and had a recently executed 25 year lease on an absolute net lease structure.
“This particular market was underserved and Walgreens recognized that as this lease was recently executed. The property sits near to a 3M plant which has around 1,700 employees and is the backbone of the community. There are no Rite Aids in Minnesota and very limited CVS competition within 30 miles of this asset,” said Jason Stuart Pongsrikul who is Managing Principal of Pharma Property Group.
