Pharma Property Group closes Walgreens in Streator, Illinois
Pharma Property Group exclusively listed the Walgreens for sale located at 120 East Main Street in Streator, Illinois and successfully closed the listing by locating an Illinois-based investor. The property had roughly three years remaining on the lease and landlord is responsible for roof and structure.
“This asset had some deferred maintenance as Walgreens has been at the site for over 20 years and was a shorter term leased deal on an older double net Walgreens lease. This transaction took some time to close and Pharma Property Group was able to provide a transparent communication line between buyer and seller to get this deal done,” explained Jason Stuart Pongsrikul who is Managing Principal of Pharma Property Group.
Streator is located in northern Illinois, approximately two hours southwest of Chicago and just south of the city of Ottowa and the Illinois River.
